Wait WHERE is the scroll lock key on this laptop? IT DOES NOT EXIST? Not even hidden in one of the fn things it does. Why HP whyyyyyy? You bothered to put a full numeric pad on the thing but could not be bothered to put a scroll lock?

SDL builds of MESS at least have a -uimodekey switch (e.g. "-uimodekey DEL") since Macs don't have scroll lock either (instead those keys are F13/F14/F15). I don't remember if baseline ever got that too, but it should if it hasn't.
What a terrible game. It was bad enough that the 'playfield' was irrelevant to the climbing...but to be able to scroll the screen from side to side....

I feel your pain. I just put an SSD into my sister's laptop and did a clean reinstall of the OS and all programs. She didn't have a single keyboard or mouse in the place so I did it all on the laptop. That was a mistake. I should have just driven home, got my stuff and drove back. It would have been worth the extra hour.
"WHERE IN THE FUCK IS THE ____ KEY?! ACCK! WHY IN THE FUCK IS IT WAY OVER THERE?!" Repeated over, and over, and over...
I hope that the designers were beaten to death with Model M keyboards...

Guess UME and the one on the official site are not an SDL build... Oh well. Will have to give one of those a try at some point. For now I am using ALT tab and killing the app.
