Hello everyone, I am wondering about creating my very own Crazy Otto (Not Ms Pac-Man but something original) and having 8 unique mazes with all sorts of unique Fruit Items for each one. I am wondering what modern program I should use in order to hack pac-man and create my own mazes and the like? And yes, I will be doing a lot of Play Testing to make sure it's like that of Ms Pac-Man Level of Quality.
