Crash on latest git source

I compiled mame arcade from latest source code and mame crash.
I converted history.dat to utf8 and is ok.
mameinfo.dat converted to utf8 crash mame.
I try 1252, ansi, etc. all the same.

The only solution i find is to delete mameinfo.dat.
