Problem auto-start game... not required!

For several days, they toss MAMEUI (my version is the 32 0.176, but the problem also presents me with previous versions, even with new clean installations), I automatically start a game and while pressing the 'ESC' key does not I can no longer see the UI.
I think it's a Windows 7 problem: does anyone know how I can fix it?

Until yesterday everything was working properly!
Since this morning, I launch MameUI and I find myself always playing "gorodki" (the last machine to which I played last night).
I can not see the UI ...

No batch file.
MAMEUI boot with double click (in a clean folder) but instead interface you start the game. We press "Esc" and the game starts again.
I do not know what to do, never such a thing happened!
EDIT: Same with MESSUI!
