I will be, but I still don't know exactly what form it will take. My company only requires 40 hours/week and has never forced additional hours. Any "overtime" I've worked has always been by choice.
I assumed they'd switch me to hourly pay, but my director of operations insisted I would be kept as a salaried colleague, which I guess will mean a bump in salary (I'm currently a little below the new standard).

I selflessly told my boss that in order to help the company out, I was willing to take the pay increase to remain on salary.
It was met with a perplexing smile
In all seriousness, this is going to hurt me more than help. There are maybe two weeks out of the year that I work over 40 hours.
