When I run MameUI64 and try to get the SNES games to work, the list don't show up. I checked all my settings in MameUI64 and the directories are to the right path where the Software List Roms and Software List CHDs are located. I don't understand why it won't find the SW Files and SW Items.
It worked before when I had Mame 0.188, I tried to go back to 0.188 from 0.189 but no luck.

Software File Base is the root of the place you store your loose software (not your software-list software). Then, inside that folder you would have a place for SNES roms, a place for NES roms, etc.
So, right-click on SNES, properties, software, point to the place where you keep your loose SNES roms, ok.
Then choose another system then come back to SNES, and the SW Files will show.
Note that if you either haven't set up your Software folder, or it's the same as the Software File Base, then nothing will show.
I cannot replicate the lack of SW Items to show. That all depends on your hash files.

I went back to MameUI64 0.188 and my Mame works fine, the way I displayed my ROMs and Software List paths. So it isn't the way I have my paths setup, it's the new version that's the problem.
Just look at the forums, many people are having issues with the new version 0.189 it needs to be fixed.
