So, i have downloaded the latest version of MAMEUI, but in the upper left corner it says MAMEUI.229 (Feb.24. 2021). Is this correct. I thought there was a newer version than this or am I missing something?

Looks like you downloaded the last mameui64.7z instead of mameui.7z from the current download link. I deleted the former from the FTP so it wouldn't happen again.
