Cisco Heat lights?

Does anyone know if Cisco Heat had flashing topper lights (like Chase HQ)? I can't find any reference to them in the driver code, but photos of the cab show them lit up (I suppose they could be turned on permanently).

I saw this video. The blue was flashing. I'm not sure if it's the correct behavior.

Thanks. Definitely seems like the blue light is flashing, at least in attract mode.
