Kicker_Shao-lin's Road

Got started on this for user Airjordan11, he sent me a copy of the base CPO of Kicker and finished up the art and labels.
Found a pic online of the bottom of th IC cards so recreated the best i could from them.
Set it up with dual controls
Also added Shao-lin's Road, just had to recreate the CPO best I could, everything else is out there.
Just used single controls.

The same file for both.
