Nah, I've not got an Instagram account either, AFAIK. The censor line wasn't serious, I don't know why you can't see it. Though I don't know where you are, so your business, internet settings, ISP, or government could easily be blocking things.

Don't know of such a thing (lately). He probably hasn't installed it since upgrading.

Flash player
Java
Shockwave (probably not needed today... do you have iTunes installed with quicktime?)

Flash has gotten worse and worse, but seriously, it's probably something else, like firewall restrictions or the browser being stupid - I can't watch random Vine or embedded videos because Flash freaks out and forces me to open the video in a new tab or window. And if he didn't have Flash then the browser would've told him to go install it.

Oh. Hah. Ummm, just US at home. I have Flash 13, so I dunno. It's probably that I'm using IE8. However, per my other thread, we know how upgrading that is going.......

Go into your router and change your DNS settings to manual (automatic: off) and point it at google's free DNS servers:

I don't get it. He's been banned as M.Valenine, mogli and Severerance Tax. Yet he keeps coming back, then falling into the pattern of doing the same things that led to being disliked to the point of being banned last time around. And he still can't accept that he's the one who's wrong about what's a better posterior - in his mind the rest of us are wrong and he's the only enlightened one.
