Sharper Games Resolution ?

is there any way to change the game resolution more sharper, as my desktop resolution is 1920x1080, so when i start the game its not so sharper like the desktop resoultion i have, i do understand that the game data is small, but still is there any way around to have a sharper and crisper graphis of game on full screen? thanks to all

In MAME Default Game Options Display tab un-tick Use Bilinear filtering.
