Okay I found 2 different CPO's and A Marquee that is said to be the "test game Header" in a review on Galloping Ghost. (also appears GGhost made a custom marquee if you want to check it out)

One on the left is custom CPO made for Galloping Ghost, by Brian Colin, the original game designer of the game... he also re-did the marquee... to better project the aesthetic he was looking for when he originally designed the game... see video below.
