This function is broken in MAMEUI for years, MAMEUIFX is working fine.

Just close MAMEUI and edit manually, look for:

resolution auto

and change for example to:

resolution 1920x1080@75

But that way sync to vsync and throttle off will speedup games too much. Better is vsync to 60 Hz. I really don't recommned set up so high frequency.
