the general population is rife with idiots, misfits, criminals, antagonizers, etc. if you don't wish to deal with them, it's up to you to mitigate behaviors that elicit their attention. that's the reality of the world we live in - quit fucking moaning about it.
yes, it's sad that women can't walk through crowded cities wearing form-fitting clothing without getting harassed my morons, but that's life. just like you can't wear your favorite racist/homophobic/violent/hypersexualized/political flavored t-shirt amidst the general public without doing the same.
