Problem with arcade monitor and jpac

Hi guys,

I have a problem with my arcade monitor and jpac setup and hope you can help me solve it.

My arcade cab has a goldstar monitor

I connect everything up and set my graphics card to 15khz with soft15khz.

When the PC turns on I get a green screen (pic1) and when it boots and gets into windows I can see the image on the background (still green) as you can see on pic 1. When removing the vga cable from jpac and connect it to my pc monitor I get a cga desktop

Jpac shows green lights constantly on

Can someone help me to resolve this?
