Thanks to handheldmuseum.com for their photo. This was the first hand-held I ever owned, and I don't remember it being this difficult to play. It was a real bitch figuring out the LEDs on this, but it's playable now. Obviously the sound in the driver isn't finished, but if the devs find it easier, there are several videos of this on YouTube that samples could be clipped from.
To set number of players: hold left flipper while pressing right flipper.
To set game speed: hold right flipper while pressing left flipper.
