"Huevos revueltos con salsa" =/= "Huevos revueltos a la mexicana".
You live in a weird country. :P
But then I'm reminded northern and southern food are a world on its own, living in the center gets me the best of both.
I also have the bad habit of calling meat based food as "Northern" and seafood based as "Southern", yet we all know that isn't true at all.
