I'm trying to use HLSL under mame64ui .191
I followed the advice on this YouTube video:

that tells you to delete existing ini files and start with one provided in the comments.
I't doesn't seem to work. I've tried some other ini files found on another forum also.
I'm using Win7, Radeon HD6850 GFX card, DirectX v11.
The files are recognized because D3D and Filter cause the display to change to a harder pixellated picture,
but I can't adjust any of the HLSL params. The sliders as shown in the video don't appear,
just the basic video adjustments.
How can I troubleshoot this ?
