Latest version MAMEUI dose not launch!!

Hello,
I have a Dell XPS 8930 Windows 10
Intel Core i5-8400 CPU @ 2.80 GHz

I have experienced Frequent clashes frown on MAMEUI Latest version, and then not launching (opening)at all tired, But it was working fine earlier. I have this problem with the last two versions, did I hit something to reset or turn off. please help, does anybody else have this problem and how do I fix it, do I need to uninstall and reinstall? Let me know if you need more details.
