I've gotten this far and waiting on images of the control panel instructions and bezel art, TrevEB is going to try and get for me, Thanks again.
Need anyone who might be more familiar with the game to answer these questions.
1- The Offside rule mode is not available in the mame code as a regular input, yet there is a dip switch setting titled Rule Switch, is this the same function??
2- I have been trying to play this thing by myself to create an offside, but can't do it, with the dip switched on or off, so is it active or not??
