Modern science (three decades removed from "grade school" science for me) doesn't seem to know what constitutes a "species" any more. Besides things that were thought to be one species and turn out to be a dozen, there are still geographically distinct but otherwise identical animals being classified as separate species. But going further down that line of thought is... "not good." Anyway...

Yeah. Except for medical use it should stop, but that requires a real history, not a "what race do you feel like" question.
