So, I've been listening to many here sing the praises of Minecraft. I was curious so I decided to take a look. I found a series of videos on YouTube by paulsoaresjr entitled Survive and Thrive. After watching damned near all of them I decided to try the Demo. After about 12 deaths and being woefully frustrated, I purchased the game, thinking I'd get better at it. Cut to about 20 more deaths. I hate you all, LOL. I'm gonna figure this thing out, or just be real mean to cows and pigs. Not sure which. I am getting better though. I've created a map that I like, and figured out how to get the debug screen and save a screenshot. I'm currently working out how to navigate. I've found some coal, now if I could just build a few items and mine the coal before I die, I might make it through one day. Here's my seed if you'd like to take a look, that is if I got that part right.
