Fried my new PC

Was frustrated with the fact that my Quest 2 would drain the battery in wired mode. Decided to fork over $$ for a Thunderbolt EX4 card. Last Night, I got the card and installed it. Did a BIOS update to my motherboard (Which I've rolled back but that doesn't fix my issue).

EX4 card has a bios update that required you to load an efi shell from a USB drive, through the BIOS advanced settings. This didn't seem to do anything.

Booted windows anyway, and the card seemed to work. Tested a few VR games in wired Oculus link mode. Put it to sleep and went to bed. I had already installed the drivers and rebooted Windows before that.

This morning, I could not wake up the computer. I forced a power off, and now the colorful lights on my cooler and ram work, but the other fans just flicker and the lights shut off. It seems that no USB ports are working except for 1. I can't boot anything. Even a windows install USB.

Asus TUF-GAMING-x670E-Plus.
I've removed both my video card, and the Thunderbolt card. Along with the USB ports, it doesn't seem to recognize my 2 sata hard drives, either.

The port that can be used to flash the BIOS, even without a cpu... can flash the bios. But when booting bios, that port doesn't recognize things either.

EDIT: HOlding the reset button on the fan control thingy that came with the fans, got the lights working again... just not synched with the motherboard. No SATA ports show my mechanical drives. Can't boot from anything, even in a port that the POST shows the usb drive as being present. Same usb drive I nstalled Windows with in the first place.

Just broke my personal record for number of consecutive days without dying!
