Same old stuff, but original. I like specially the elven leaf brooch for my lady, although it goes a bit off my budget. Just a sample of how an old gift could be original.
And about bath/perfume related stuff... There's plenty of original ideas, but the one I like the most for a first time is chocolate. Look here under the bath section:
