There was a school lock down here not to long ago. The school did just as you described, not letting any of the kids out of the classrooms until the site was secure. I couldn't believe how many parents went ape shit over not being able to walk in and get their kids immediately. Blows my mind how stupid some people can be.
All I know is the that you can make 10 laws because of this...but. it isn't a law abiding citizen that goes into a school to shoot up kids.
