Yes.
Metal Slug 1, 3 and X are Frankenstein's Monster-like mixtures of Neo-Geo to Android to Emulated-Android-on-Windows ports. They're the typical DotEmu hackjob and the games have lots of stuttering issues on many machines, bad audio, horrible scaling and some save issues.
The King of Fighters '98 UMFE and 2002 UM are great ports. Their only issue is some netplay bugs / lag problems and minimal missing content.
The rest of the games are Nebula hacks.
