I deleted my own post, because after some thought, I figured it would just be a waste of time... thank you for clarifying that. Twice.
Cognitive dissonance... yes, I know exactly what that is.
I am overweight, and know it's unhealthy, but spend nowhere close to the amount of time doing physical activity that I should be doing, to get the weight down. I keep saying I'll start next week, but next week never comes.
Other than that, no, CD does not apply to me. Thanks for trying.
