Simply paste in our RSS Feed url and your email address.
They send out one email per day with all news aggregated in HTML format. Staying up to date with MAME has never been easier!

if they were sending out real-time e-mails for free, it will be much cooler 
anyway, i subscribed to MW feed thru them - we'll see how it's going.

Yeah, there are no free services left that send out in real-time.
Although, there is less clutter this way.
