winrungp closes after warning/ROM attributes screen

Exactly as it says on tin - I updated MAME to 145u1, renamed winrun.zip to winrungp.zip (since it's the Suzuka version) and tried to start the game - but MAME closes after ROM attributes/legal warning screen. Why?

Try deleting cfg & nvram, worked for me.
