Mini ITX MoBo Recommendation

Well, I've been bitten by the bug again.
What kind of computing power do I need in order to be able to run Killer Instinct 1/2, Street Fighter 3 and EX, and the like?
I already have a case, I'm trying to reuse:

So it has to be a low-profile Mini ITX system.
Thanks.

Why would you limit yourself to a case like that?

Heh, sorry, I guess I should have mentioned. I'm not gonna build a cab this time around, I'm using this kiosk/stand I found:

I'd like the computer to look "clean" since it's gonna go outside. Also, I already have the case leftover from another project, and just would like to take advantage of it.
Now that I've thought about it some more, I just need help figuring out what kind of processing power is needed to play the games I mentioned, not a specific motherboard recommendation.
Thanks for replying.

The general rule of thumb for MAME is to buy the fastest Intel CPU you can afford (within reason). Intel CPUs are quite a bit faster with most drivers, especially in 64-bit MAME.
With that said, if you don't mind running somewhat older versions of MAME, you can generally get away with slower CPUs. Still stick with Intel however. I'd say somewhere around a 2.5GHz Core2Duo as a minimum. Anything newer and/or faster is better, of course.

Very nice. Thanks for the info. I'm thinking of going with the Intel G860 (Sandy Bridge, 3.0GHz).

A) Ugh, it looks like an Xbox 360. B) Mini ITX = New PSU every 6 months (and also a new board if the PSU decides to throw 12V everywhere after failing).
