This is MAME. The hardware in general is more similar to Radikal Bikers than the stuff DEMUL supports, and Ville has had to write basically 2 CPU cores from scratch to bring it up.
ETA: The System16.com description is a fiction. It's got a couple of TMS32082 DSPs and custom Gaelco everything else. No SH-4s and no PowerVR.

Isn't this on a "sequel" to Gaelco 3D that the Demul team emulated that hardware?

Actually we're started to write this driver, but wind wags much lasier than vlinde to write a new drivers from scratch, so we just waiting to 82 core will be finished now
