Ok don't get to excited here.
I hadn't bothered to share this because the video was upside down seeing as I had removed the bezel.
Just figured out how to flip it over.
Next visit to the warehouse I'll get something a bit better to watch.

Nice vid. Any chance you could capture samples from the cab? I guess they could be added later by someone.
Auditing both version in MAME shows it missing a language rom (no good dump known)
I have no idea how that affects the game or if it something you could acquire.

Yes, I will definitely capture sound samples during my next visit as well as get a better video, that is assuming I can make some room to set up the tripod. 
Sound during one of the explosions was unusually anemic.
Likely an issue with the board.
