It's easy...
1) Enable OpenGL Video Mode 2) Enable GLSL in OpenGL options 3) Select the Shader 4) Play a game
You'll need a really powerful PC and a good video card with OpenGL 2.0 support for enjoy the experience.... My old Quad-Core with an economic video card is not able to play at full speed Black Tiger though...
My hope is that someone interested will provide some less demanding-resources shaders... I know there are some also in MAME source code stored in folder called "shader". I don't recall the correct path at the moment.

this exactly what I did and nothing...
I looks like a "normal" linear filtering...
I tried the shaders in the GLSL folder...

I only copy the mameuifx64.exe and the GLSL folder to my default MAME folder, maybe I should copy some more files ?

It should be enough, but maybe you have other old options interferring with the shaders. For example, be sure you have "Effect" to None. (Advanced Tab) and also "use bilinear fitlering" enabled. (Display Tab). Silly doubt, does your video card supports OpenGL/GLSL?

All checked,
My card support OpenGL since I already running RetroArch with GLSL shaders...
My card is ATI 5450

I don't know what to think. Try to delete your \INI\MAME.INI and restart from default.

It is now working, but only on games from the list that I didn't played before (zero count) and it is really slow !!!
probably there is data on one of the folders that belongs to the game and prevents from running on opengl ... ???

I would suggest you to do a fresh install of MAMEUIFX in a different folder, move some ROMs there just for test and verify it works with all games. Yes, it is slow. As I said, I get 90% speed on Black Tiger in Windowed Mode and 80% in Fullscreen...

I have a crappy AMD Radeon HD 6670 and i3-2120 @3.30GHz with the GLSL enabled and those games run 100%
Also you should set your defaults to auto-rotate if you can pivot your monitor to portrait as the GLSL shaders look much better.

This is likely happening, if there are "old" .ini´s that are used and you need a good graphicscard to not having slow downs on games. I am using a GTX 675MX on my laptop without any problems.

I will try again later...

Beautiful scanlines BUT very very slow,
I got 23% running kung fu master,
What can I do to improve performance ?
(Beside to replace my video card)

I am really curious, why it is THAT slow. sorry to say, that the only option is a better graphicscard or to wait the next release.... maybe there will be some shader that is better suiting for you .... keep your eyes open
it could also help knowing more info about your current system . hardware used? software used? which OS? etc.
How do you assume that somebody can help, without knowing these things?

I5 @ 3.2 ghz with 4gb of RAM
AMD 5450 video card already a little overclocked from 650 to 710 mhz
I am already using RetroArch shaders and they work fast enough...
I need a lighter version of the shaders...

according to your specs, your card performs really low:
http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/compare.php?cmp[]=119&cmp[]=42&cmp[]=7
I compared it with my two other cards, that also have no trouble at all. as you have a i5 processor, i assume it has integrated graphics, maybe that performs better, i would at least give it a try. have you the exact model name of your processor?
if all of this should not work, wait next release, maybe there will be a better shader option for you
right at the moment, there is no "lighter" version of timothy lottes shader, sorry to say that .

You're using a frontend that isn't maintained anymore.
If you use baseline you can insert -video opengl and enable the appropriate options to get a shader to work. It's fairly simple to accomplish.
Alternately you can use MAME's built-in internal UI to easily change many options.

MAMEUI does the same thing on certain features. Notice if you switch tabs, then go back, it'll be enabled. I think that's not required for it to be written to file, but it might.....
But, yeah, it's out of development. Support questions should be posted on the UIFX forum, or Emuchat here if you must...
