Update for 0.177 version, this is the web page for download: progetto-SNAPS MESSINFO.DAT.

Clean version with no additional files, can be found here: progetto-SNAPS Naked MESSINFO.DAT.

Changelog:
* 10.17 07/09/2016: Aligned files to 0.177 version. Updated: 'sourcechanges.txt', 'changelog.txt' and 'alltimesMESS.txt'.
* 10.16 20/08/2016: Fixed some duplicated entries.
* 10.15 15/08/2016: Added dmax8000.cpp, fcisio.cpp, sm7238.cpp and tv990.cpp driver entries (I had forgotten).
