There I Played and Strarigiocato in Arcade in the Year 1993, 1994, 1995 and 2002. The last time!
E 'existed at that time D'oro.
Since 2003 there is no longer a shame.

What are you saying exactly? It's in another emulator but not the latest mame? If so what is the rom set name and which emulator is it in?

No there is not in any emulator I've seen and played Lots
Sometimes in the Arcade in 1993, 1994, 1995 and 2002.

Oh I see you were putting the pic together to show how it was. Well you'll have to find the board yourself if you want it dumped and added to mame. There's no way for dumpers to find a specific SF2 bootleg just based off information on how the game was.

Your English is criminal, but there are 3 roms in MAME :
- Street Fighter II': Magic Delta Turbo (bootleg, set 1)
- Street Fighter II': Magic Delta Turbo (bootleg, set 2)
- Street Fighter II': Magic Delta Turbo (bootleg, set 3)
What are U looking for ?

They are in MAME 0.182.
Search for sf2mdt.zip, sf2mdta.zip, and sf2mdtb.zip (and of course, the base sf2ce.zip romset).
The game you want is already in the most recent MAME. Here is my Emuloader screenshot for proof:

You posted on other forums that this version is available from Final Burn Alpha. You should ask them which version this is. And, that would also mean there is already a ROM somewhere for it. And, as also stated on those forums, the pictures you show are just what's available to find on the internet, so that really doesn't help us very much
