trying to play cps2 games (I'm new to MAME)

here are some points
1. downloaded street fighter 2 turbo on emuparadise
2. tried playing the game on my 64 bit mame
3. didn't work. it identified the game but it failed to play as it is missing rom or chd images
4. tried downloading qsound and tried adding it on the rom file... didn't work
I tried researching the problem leading me to some conclusions. Either the rom is too old for this emulator or I am doing something completely wrong.
edit: I'm using this on a windows 7

Just download a full complete set of "MAME 0.186 ROMs"
It can be found on several different trackers that I know of and then everything will just work.
Stay away from anything marked (non-merged) tho. It's a complete waste of space and people are absolutely stupid for posting/spreading that.
