Which one? The "018601" or the "182122", neither of which could be a valid date for a System 10 game regardless of how you order them?

In the row of Namco logo, last 2 rows says "8906961402", latest 6 digits can be a date of release (Ver A)

961402, so, February 14th, 1996? Impressive if true, because the earliest documented Namco System 10 game came out in 1999.
