Badly isolated loudspeaker? Looks like the top left right speaker is very close to the tube.

the speakers are so small, and they are armoured! and the distortion only it is in a side...

If you stick a piece of metal just under the speaker does the distortion pattern change? Sometimes those shielding boxes get magnetized.

Are you using shielded speakers?

Bob Roberts sells several kinds of shielded speakers for arcade cabinets...

Still, you can't have them right next to the tube.
They need to be 4 to 6 inches away at least.

I did it and nothing... until took speakers and nothing changed... I think it is not magnetism...

Are you using a flourescent tube as marquee lighting and is the ballast-unit over to that side ?

If you rotate the cabinet does the pattern change? Could be environmental.

If you run a drill or hair clippers in front of the monitor does it degauss? (poor mans degauss coil)

Have you checked your b+?

Are you sure the new yoke you put on was specked for the tube you are using? I've seen people do tube swaps that aren't really compatible with the chassis/yoke they are using. They work, but always have some sort of artifact on screen.

What type of monitor is it?

arcade monitor wei-ya 820h w/ vertical H/L switch.
checked b+, nothing.
yoke low impedance 14 ohms.

also happens in the monitor mounted horizontally, but it is well less perceptible... (see pics)

Same corner of the screen wit h an orientation change? If so, I'd start looking toward magnetized chassis or mounting bolts. Could still be a tube issue. I'd feel OK about the yoke if the issue was persistent through a swap.

for the degauss coil itself make sure at the corner/edge of the tube where the problem is, that the coil is right up close to the corner and has not moved/bent too far away

visually inspect the capacitors on your monitor circuit board, if any are bulging, replace ... check for bad solder/leaks on the caps (and in general) also.

have you rejuvenated the monitor? a b&k crt tester sounds like it would put this to bed

Out of morbid curiosity, what part of the image he posted said anything to you that resembled "rejuve"?

the curve of the image at the top, and the discoloration. it is common for metal dropping in the bottom of the yolk, and can be resolved by burning it off. but hey. just looking at the picture and everyone else's guesses, just thought I would throw in what I know works. besides rejuvenating the tube every so often is good maintenance.

Sounds delicious.

Congrats, you've hit one of my pet peeves.

Yolk:

Yoke:

I'll see if you can guess which is correct for describing a monitor component.
