I did it in about an hour using Paint.Net. Looks like i missed one of the layers (the trees) as previously pointed out; i'll post the update later. Thanks for the kudos, wasn't sure if anyone would care .

Nice. Are you gonna put the missing sides in there too? I don't know if it matter or not. I thought maybe the screen art cover the whole game screen. I couldn't find the game play on YouTube. I really don't know if the game screen is a box screen or fill.

With some guesswork based on what I think is there, here's what i get:

small nit-pick...

One of the mountains/hills on the left side has a lighter colored slanted line or area on it... If you compare that to the original - you can see it's some of the reflection that was on the glass.
The only other thing I can think of that might be a concern is whether or not the ground is actually flat in the original artwork. I'd presume that'd be a standard for the art project.... And if you think about it, when a photo is taken - since it can't be straight on, you'll probably get some distortion anyway.
But, maybe 'close enough' is okay.

But the Top, Left, Right and bottom still cut off. I wasn't talking about filling the whole white thing. Keep it round. Trust me. Using the BGFX and HLSL you can round the game screen a little to fit it. Not very much of rounding the game screen though. The point is not having the game screen cutting off from the screen.
I do like on what you did. Just don't worry about. This can be fix if need it.

Maybe nit-picking to some, but I don't take it as such. And maybe it's a throw-away project, but at least you and I like it .
I fixed the reflection on the left, as well as "straightened" the road to fix the altered perspection angle. Both are somewhat non-trivial (to me), as without the original in front of me I have to make some judgement calls into things like "is that color shift due to light reflection or part of the original art"? SO I wouldn't call this anywhere close to "100% emulated", to use MAME terms. But it's certainly cleaner than the original 8-).
Continued comments, welcome.

Look better without the curve on the artwork. This is how they do it before printed onto the plastic.

Thanks for extra photos of the piece. Definitely should help for later. I was guessing the pcb hardware was similar to Allied Leisure Ace since it is described as a cpu based game, but the pcb might be slightly different compared to Ace.

Yep...Kudos to JB for that work.

I took a look at the additional pictures, and made some small edits. The Quonset house on the left now shows the tree, as well as the wind sock on the roof. Windows are now shown as open. You are all probably tired of this by now - grin.

Nah.....not tired because it is quality work [reminds me of Vectorzorg's past great work]. It will come in handy in case a pcb of the game can be found and dumped later. I was guessing it was a non-cpu game, but it appears to use a cpu and maybe almost similar to Allied Leisure Ace hardware to some degree.
Mr. Do likely will have this stored in a wip section until the game is emulated...assuming a pcb with roms surfaces and roms dumped and game is emulated in MAME.

You remind me of Kurt who re-creative artworks for Visual Pinball tables. I think he step down from doing those. He can do some cool stuff with his art skills. Look up Scapino's tables. Blown your mind away. I wish he did some artworks for MAME.
Anyway you didn't bored me on what you did.

Because of the kind words here - and likely because I was also bored - fixed the control tower and shack (added power lines, redrew roof construction) and updated the right hand plane.
ALso, someone here (AJR?) fixed my favorite Ring King game faster than fast. Kudos, team.
