Mame cocktail cabinet with Windows 95

Please help?
My Taito Cocktail cabinet which runs MAME cannot find the Roms on start up, so the directory is wrong (I think?), as it’s a Windows 95 machine, I can’t do a system restore.
How do I point it to the right directory?

Mame.ini can change the default path but its usually under roms in the same directory as MAME is in. Im assuming you're using older hardware and hence Windows 95? Its archaic for MAME now

I’ve looked in the Mame directory and found the ini folder, see attached, what would the programming be to point it to the Roms directory please?
