MESSinfo.dat 0.143 !

To fill a void with regard to the MESS extra-files, now can be the counterpart of mameinfo.dat, to be placed in the root folder of your favorite emulator.

The file is still in the works (we tested 76% of releases), but I'm working every day.

Small update online:

* 1.01 04/07/2011: Added info about versions 0.104, 0.105, 0.106, 0.107 and 0.108.
* 1.02 05/07/2011: Added information about content and size of the added or updated BIOS from MESS 0.142 to 0.143. Added info about versions 0.109, 0.110 and 0.111.
