I have always wanted to build a mame cabinet and get into the retro gaming thing. The problem is most of the resources I find online are many years old with broken links or products that no longer exist or are unsupported. Is there a basic getting started guide available somewhere that details, cabinet construction (using available hardware, monitors, controllers, etc), software programming, controller config, etc. I'm sure this has been asked thousands of times. I just can't find the info I'm looking for.
