Questions:
1. Can you take a picture of the screen, while on?
2. Is the yoke still firmly attached to the back of the tube? You should be able to tell if it isn't snug with just a visual check.
3. Have you tried adjusting the screen and focus pots on the flyback? I would definitely check the yoke before doing this.
