Thanks for the replies Tafoid and Smitdogg.

Also found this thread/post update:
"Walking sound is mixed in via 22k resistors and the other sounds are mixed in via >= 100k"

From the link, and maybe I should have made this clearer or articulated myself better, but a different pitch of sound is obviously present in the recording provided. The pitch or specific frequency of the sound can vary. However, the volume or loudness of the walk/run sound is obviously way too 'loud' under MAME.

Per the above quote it is well over 4 times louder. In both recordings provided at MAMETESTERS the walk sound is nowhere near as loud in relation to the other sounds.

Hopefully, perhaps as a compromise, there can be separate adjustments for each discrete sound. If I recall the source properly, there are 5-7 different 'sound sections' for the driver.

Or (and likely much easier) it would be greatly appreciated if someone could please direct on how to either mix walking sound to match the other sounds to 100k resistor in the source, or bump all other sounds to a 22k resistor value.

I understand what schematics may state, but recall a similar issue with phoenix where the schematics were wrong and the final fix (I think it was a 100K resistor listed was actually only 10K or vice-versa***) was implemented which made the remaining sound issues 'right'.

Anyhow, thanks for reading and helping if you know what needs to be changed in the source (So as to compile my own).

***Wouldn't it be funny if this issue is even more similar to phoenix to the point where all other sounds are actually mixed in at 10K instead of 100k. Actually, I would love to test that...

Does anyone know (Similar to the previous request above) what change in the source needs to be made to make all other sounds mix in via 10K instead of 100K? I bet that would balance the sounds out to match the recordings in relation to volume levels.
