They aren't the same. Entirely is 100%, unless you have a deeper meaning I'm not understanding.

We don't know that Haze owns the copyright on source that he himself committed, so unless he tells us then we can't possibly know. It's impossible for any open source software to be on rock solid ground for copyright (or closed source but you don't often have the luxury of looking for your code).
