8088 Domination Demo

I came across this rather cool demo for the 1981 IBM PC 5150 that can produce FMV on this ancient hardware.

I've been able to easily run it under DOSBox, but I would really like to try it under MESS. However, I'm running low on ideas regarding how to get the executable and datafiles onto a CHD. I'm able to create a CHD, partition, and format it, but even if I uncompress it, I can't seem to access the file system from any of the programs I have available to me. Additionally, it looks like PC DOS 3.00 does may be limiting me a 20mb partition, but from what I gathered, a 32mb FAT16 drive should be possible.

Does anyone have any recommendations?
