I wouldn't say ever, with the failed kickstarter project for a movie it's apparent that the fan base is dwindling down. Those games are relics that few today actually remember and appreciate. Whenever the Digital Seizure agreement dies Bluth and company may just let it happen as a way to preserve it's history.
