It's simple and pretty cheap to build your own supergun and controls. I don't know the solution for your usb controller question though. You might want a prebuilt supergun for something like that and they aren't cheap. It could be as simple as adding a certain type of card into the mix but I prefer real arcade controls so I haven't looked into it.
