I'm currently looking to buy a dedicated MAME PC that's capable of running most 80's-to-early-90's games at full speed, using shaders (to get old school monitor effects). What (presumably Intel) CPU should I be looking at, as a minimum? Is the current batch of on-board graphics hardware good enough, or should I be looking to get a dedicated card?
