MAMEWorld Forums - EmuChat - sc3000 cassettes not working

Hey all,

Newbie here, so I apologise if this is something I'm doing wrong.

I have the source code for mame0173 compile and working for several ".sc" cartridge files using the sc3000h driver. For example I can run:

mame -w sc3000h -cart somegame.sc

And this will load somegame, and it works.

When I try and run a cartridge and cassette combo with a high quality cassette wav I can get to the boot screen, where I can type in "load" and hit carriage return. Following this the emulator seems to stall forever.

Code:

mame -w sc3000h -cart basic_level_3.sc -cass somegame.wav

Does anyone have any experience with emulating the sc3000 using MAME/MESS, or know why this isn't working?
